We first engaged Matrix in 1998 to help us build a new facility in Council Bluffs, IA. We had tight schedules and high expectations for the building of our state of the art Deli Meats & Bacon Processing Plant.
The Matrix Team met our deadlines and exceeded our expectations. They delivered a complete Data Collection, Tracking and Traceability Solution, which sixteen years later continues to deliver real time information on yields, throughput, give away, inventory levels and QA/QC reporting.

I would like to transfer you my opinion and the feedback that I got from my team regarding Scott’s visit. Everything was great! We all learned a lot of things and for some of my team members this was an eye opening experience. Scott did a great job explaining to everybody step by step how the whole system works and what can go wrong during those steps. He also set up a system so we can update the spare units every night which is going to make our life way easier. Carrie helped us a lot with all the programming that had to be done. Overall the visit exceeded my expectations. Everybody feels way more confident to deal with the system now.
